CACO IRON COPPER is a sterile injectable solution for use in horses.
Each 5mL contains:
Sodium Cacodylate (arsenic derivative) 32.0mg
Ferric Chloride 5.0mg
Cupric Gluconate 1.0mg
INDICATIONS
CACO-IRON-COPPER is used in horses as an aid in the treatment of simple anemia and in cases of slow the treatment of simple anemia and in cases of slow convalescence from debilitating and exhausting diseases.
DOSAGE
CACO-IRON-COPPER is indicated for intravenous injection. The recommended dosage is 30mL per 454kg of body weight administered every other day. Repeat as indicated. CACO-IRON-COPPER may be added to solutions of electrolytes and amino acids.
STORAGE
Store at room temperature. (15 - 30 celcius).
